Trust & Safety at RevivApp
At RevivApp, your wellbeing, privacy, and security come first. We’re a Canadian-based wellness company dedicated to providing AI-powered mental health support tools that are safe, transparent, and respectful of your data and your choices. RevivApp is not a medical or emergency service. We focus on wellness support, reflection, and guidance — not diagnosis or treatment.
Our Core Principles
Wellness-first, not medical care Privacy by design Security as a baseline, not a feature Honest and transparent AI Respect for human autonomy and dignity
Privacy & Your Data
We comply with Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, and design our systems with privacy in mind.
In practice, this means:
-We only collect the information we need to provide and improve the app.
-We explain what we collect and why in our [Privacy Policy].
-You can request access, correction, and deletion of your data.
-We aim to delete your personal data within a reasonable time after account closure, subject to legal obligations.
If you’re outside Canada, we still apply strong privacy protections, and we make clear where your data may be stored or processed.
Security Practices
We treat your data as sensitive by default.
-Encrypted data in transit (e.g., HTTPS)
-Modern, reputable cloud infrastructure
-Access controls for staff (only those who need it can access specific systems)
-Security practices aligned with industry standards for early-stage SaaS
-Ongoing improvements to hardening, monitoring, and incident response
For enterprise customers, we also offer additional documentation and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA) on request.
How We Use AI — Safely
RevivApp uses AI to:
-Help you reflect on your emotions and patterns
-Provide supportive, wellness-focused suggestions
-Offer personalized insights based on your interactions
What our AI does not do:
-It does not provide diagnosis or clinical treatment
-It does not replace a therapist, doctor, or other regulated health professional
-It does not provide emergency or crisis responses
We’ve published an AI Safety & Ethics Policy that outlines:
-How we design and test AI features
-How we reduce harmful or inappropriate outputs
-How we keep humans in the loop for key decisions
Wellness, Not Emergency Care
RevivApp is designed for everyday mental wellness support, not crisis intervention.
If you are in crisis, at immediate risk, or thinking about self-harm or harming others, do not use the app for help.
Instead, please contact:
-Your local emergency services (e.g., 911)
-A local crisis hotline or mental health service
-A trusted healthcare professional
We may provide links or information for external support services in your region, but we do not operate those services and we cannot monitor your situation in real time.
Third-Party Professionals & Partners
In some cases, RevivApp may help you discover or connect with third-party professionals (such as therapists or coaches).
-These professionals are independent and not employees or agents of RevivApp Inc.
-They are responsible for their own clinical or coaching judgment.
-Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to work only with reputable, qualified providers, but the relationship is between you and them, not between you and RevivApp.

-Harassment, hate, or threats
-Explicit encouragement of self-harm or harm to others
