Our Team
RevivApp was founded by a team with clearly defined leadership across product, operations, and technology, united by a shared belief that personal growth tools should be more human, accessible, and trustworthy than what exists today. Together, the team combines thoughtful product judgment, operational discipline shaped by lived experience, and strong technical execution—reducing founder risk while increasing the likelihood of building a safe, consistent, and scalable platform centered on people, not performance.
Kate Darling (CEO)
Kate leads company vision, strategy, and external relationships. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and operates a private practice, Darling Organizational Psychology, where she works directly with individuals, groups, and organizations on issues related to mental health, change management, and culture. Her background grounds RevivApp in real-world psychological insight and ensures the product is informed by evidence-based methods, ethical considerations, and lived experiences.
Steve Godin (COO)
Steve oversees execution, operations, and internal alignment at RevivApp. He has worked in underground mining since 2013, including extensive FIFO roles in isolated, high-risk environments where safety, consistency, and decision-making under pressure are critical. He holds certifications as a Medical First Responder, Advanced Mine Rescue technician, and Level 2 Joint Health and Safety Representative in Ontario. His experience includes sustained work through isolation and high operational stress, informing his strength in building clear policies, procedures, and execution systems that allow teams to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Venus Bhatia (CTO)
Venus leads all technical development. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and brings significant entrepreneurial experience in software development. Venus has built applications from the ground up across iOS and Android, with hands-on ownership of backend systems, AI-driven features, user interfaces, and overall architecture. His experience enables RevivApp to move quickly from concept to working product while maintaining technical rigor, security, and scalability.
What makes this team effective
What makes this team effective is not overlap, but complementarity. Each founder owns a distinct domain—psychological rigor, operational discipline, and full-stack technical execution—while sharing accountability through structured equity, vesting, and governance established from day one.
RevivApp exists because this team believes the next generation of personal growth platforms must be built differently: grounded in real human experience, executed with operational discipline, and supported by responsible, well-designed technology that prioritizes trust and long-term use over short-term engagement.
The company is currently in private MVP development, focused on validating the core experience before scaling.
